Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Nigeria.
If international shipping becomes available, eligible countries will be listed at checkout.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- Lagos: 1–3 business days
- Other major cities in Nigeria: 2–5 business days
- Outside major cities / remote areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, we may offer:

All BoffBees orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product details or sensitive information displayed on the outside.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

BoffBees is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, but we will always do our best to help you track and resolve delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@boffbees.comwith your order number and clear photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Pre-Orders or Delayed Items
If your order includes a pre-order item or an item with a delayed dispatch time, this will be stated on the product page. Delivery timelines for such items may differ from standard shipping estimates.
